2. I don't know where to start. Can you help me?

A. Of course, we can. It will be better if you give us a call or email us to set up a Zoom Call.

3. I need something yesterday. Can you help me?

We will always try to help customers if they have a very close deadline. However, we can not always guarantee that we will be able to get it in the time frame you need. We will always be straight forward and honest about what we can and can’t do.

4. Who owns the copyright when a project is done?

We can only talk about a copyright if a design has been legally copyrighted. You are the owner of any design work that we create for you.

5. What are my responsibilities as a client?

You must provide us with a “customer brief”. This will help us with every aspect of the work to always keep in mind what you want. It is also a great responsibility to pay for accepted estimates.

6. What is the client's involvement in the design process?

We communicate with our customers often. We want to make sure that we are working together with you as a the team to ensure the project is done right.

7. What is your payment policy?

Payment must be made in a timely manner. Our compromise is to keep the timeframes as close as possible to avoid delays but we require at least a 50% deposit to begin a design, web, or marketing job and the balance upon completion. We do not offer financing options. For printed products, we require a 100% deposit.

8. Who owns the material once design is completed?

You are the owner of anything you pay for. As for the website, we will need access to your site in order to monitor the site should any problems arise.

9. How many concepts come with my design?

It depends on the complexity of the project but usually you’ll get 3-4 concepts when you order a logo package.
